| This guide is written by Mike Geary, he is a
certified personal trainer as well as a nutrition expert.
This is currently the best selling online book on how
to obtain a flat stomach and six pack abs. |
You may think this is a program about doing the usual sit-ups and stomach
crunches. However this is not the case. What this is actually about
is total body training with a focus on an abdominal workout. 20
abdominal exercises are shown and demonstrated in the main part of the
guide.
Each exercise is fully detailed and explained
and step by step photos are shown. I would say that nearly all
of the exercises you can do at home, you would not
need to visit the gym. If you don't have the time to do a
workout every day this program is designed for you. Working out
between 30 to 45 mins over 2 or 3 days a week and you should
start to see some quick results to your abs.
If it's rock hard abs you are looking for
then this guide will show you how to get them. If you want to
just flatten that tummy a bit, then there is something here for you
as well. There is an option to include Mike's nutrition plan
with the book which I found that to be extremely useful
and informative.
I would say that this is a good online workout plan as it
doesn't require effort every day to see the results.

| This book is written by Craig Ballantyne,
a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Craig is an
accomplished author and his work has appeared in popular magazines such as
Fitness Hers, Men's Fitness, Men's Health and many others. This is
something that gives me confidence that the advice in this guide is
well-informed. |
Another name for turbulence training is interval training. This is
a type of training that fitness experts around the world use.
Normally it is felt within the fitness industry that to lose fat and gain
muscle at the same time can be very difficult. Craig has shattered these
beliefs by creating a workout that is not only short but high on
impact and intensity.
What Craig suggests is three short workouts a week (30 to
60 minutes each) for maximum results. No gym equipment
is needed because all that is used is a person's own body
weight during the routines. He has designed the workout based on
scientific research that produces maximum efficiency in a very short
period of time.
The goal of the program is to burn fat while
building muscle. I feel that this is an exceptional workout
designed by a top fitness professional. If you are ready to get into
shape, and don't have a lot of hours in your day to do it, then this
could be the fitness program for you.

This is as much of an education in
nutrition as a fitness guide. This is written by Tom Venuto, a
successful nutrition expert, fitness coach, health club manager and
body builder.
Tom Venuto has previously had articles published in magazines which
include
|
|
Ironman Magazine and Natural
Bodybuilding. He has invested 14 years of his life
researching and testing the fat loss and muscle building
techniques discussed in his book.
The book is as much an education in
nutrition as it is a fitness program. Tom explains which
types of foods are effective for fat loss and will
compliment your exercise routine. His philosophy is to
use the diet to boost your metabolism and therefore speed
up your muscle building process.
The strategies are easy to implement and appear to work
for those that use them. We are featuring this product on
this site because of the very favorable word of mouth
behind it. People are telling their friends about it and
that is why it is a top seller.
I feel that the downside of this fat loss program is that
it is quite lengthy - 337 pages. However, it is
easy to skim through if you are pressed for
time. If you are looking for a very thorough discussion
and education on the subject of getting fit and losing
fat, then this may be just the book for you.
I would give this one a rating of 3 out of 5 stars
only because the book is a bit long. A shorter
version would be good for those of us that don't
necessarily want to spend the time to cover 300+
pages.
